Giving Tuesday
GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past 10 years, this idea has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, Raptor Education Group, Inc. receives no state or federal funding - we rely entirely on public support to care for the 800 to over 1,000 patients we get in every year as well as our incredible team of Avian Ambassadors. Below are a few ways you can help REGI out and support the work we do in wildlife rehabilitation and education!
December 3, 2024
We are incredibly grateful for your support. The birds and staff at REGI thank you!
Direct Donation
Direct financial support is a great way to provide REGI with funding for the many various costs of running a wildlife rehabilitation facility. REGI accepts donations through GiveForms and check via mail made out to Raptor Education Group, Inc.
Please mail checks to Raptor Education Group, Inc., PO Box 481, Antigo, WI 54409
Amazon Wishlist
Our Giving Tuesday 2024 Wishlist on Amazon is a great way to send us items we have hand-selected for our specific needs. This list includes items for our patients and education birds as well as many different facility needs, from food to enrichment items to tools. Thank you giving it a look!
Adopt a Bird
Our Adopt a Bird program has received a recent makeover! Look through our Meet the Ambassadors page to get to know some of our incredible Avian Ambassadors, all of whom can be symbolically adopted through our website. All symbolic adoptions come with a professional photo, a signed certificate of adoption, and the story of the bird you adopted. These make great holiday gifts for wildlife lovers!
Volunteer
Not all support is monetary - our volunteers are an incredible part of REGI’s support system, and we couldn’t do what we do without their help. All sorts of different skills can apply to REGI’s work, and this is a wonderful way to become directly involved with our mission. Volunteers can do anything from helping out around the clinic, helping to transport and release birds, or assisting in regular site maintenance. Apply to volunteer today!
